Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By using Play with Coding ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We provide interactive programming lessons, quizzes, casual games and optional paid completion certificates. Free content can be used without an account; certificates require account creation, passing the relevant quiz, and a one-time payment of ₹49 per course.

3. Accounts

• You must be 13 years or older.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One person, one account. No sharing or reselling.

4. Certificates & payments

• Certificates cost ₹49 per course and are paid via Razorpay.
• Each certificate carries a unique ID and the name you enter at checkout. You are responsible for the spelling.
• Certificates are issued only after passing the quiz with 70% or higher.
• Certificates indicate completion of an online course and are not equivalent to a university degree or government accreditation.

5. Refund policy

Because certificates are digital goods that are instantly delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable. Exceptions:

• Duplicate payment — refunded within 7 working days.
• Payment captured but certificate not unlocked due to a technical fault on our side — refunded within 7 working days.

To request a review, email support@playwithcoding.com within 7 days of payment with your order ID.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape or redistribute our lesson content.
• Cheat quizzes using automation.
• Forge, edit or resell certificates.
• Use the Service for anything illegal, hateful, or harmful.

We may suspend accounts that violate these rules without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All lesson content, code samples, branding and design are owned by Play with Coding or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for learning. Third-party games are owned by their respective providers.

8. User content

By submitting reviews or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to display them on the Service. You confirm the content is yours and is not defamatory or unlawful.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, employment outcomes, or that you will pass any external exam. Use the lessons as one of many resources.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app.
