We want you to be happy with your purchase from play with coding. If you're not satisfied with a certificate you purchased, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record and payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@playwithcoding.com with your order ID and we'll help arrange the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 working days after the refund is issued.

Outside the 30-day window

After 30 days we may still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, in particular for duplicate payments or where a certificate could not be delivered due to a technical fault on our side. Contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Statutory rights

This policy is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
